What We Do

Our goal is to reduce the pet overpopulation in Scott County, TN by providing an affordable way for pet owners to have their pets spayed/neutered and promote responsible pet ownership.

Thanks to generous donations from the public along with various grants, we are able to partner with Young Williams Animal Center in Knoxville, TN to provide these low cost spay/neuter services.

All you have to do is message us to get put on our list, show up on the date of your appointment to drop off your pet, and we'll let you know when they are on their way back home so you can come pick them up! Easy as that!

** ALL ANIMALS IN THE STATE OF TN MUST BE UP TO DATE ON THEIR RABIES VACCINATIONS! YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SHOW PROOF OF RABIES VACCINATION; IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO YOUNG WILLIAMS WILL GIVE THEM ONE UPON ARRIVAL AND IT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $10 CHARGE.**

What To Expect

RESERVE YOUR SPOT

To secure your spot, we require a (NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit of $32 per animal.

You can pay through our website at www.fortheloveofpaws.org to make a "donation". Please put your animal’s name in the “write a note” so the funds are allocated to your pet. Please check the box to “cover the fees”. It is your responsibility to pay the fee associated with on-line payment.

Pet information (Name, male, female, color, age, breed/mix approximate weight).

On Your Appointment Day!

On your appointment day, you will drop your pet off at the Scott County Office Building (2845 Baker Hwy, Huntsville, TN 37756) between 5:45-6:00A.M.

We will let you know when your pet is on their way back from Knoxville, and what time they will be at the Scott County Office Building to be picked up! Then just show up and pick up your pet! Young-Williams will email you after care instructions and proof of services.

Be sure to follow all recommended after care to make sure your pet recovers and can go back to their normal activities asap!
